  • Clinical counselors, psychologists, therapists, and social workers
  • Physicians without a MINC
  • Dentists and dental assistants
  • Diagnostic medical personnel
  • Dietitians
  • Medical assistants
  • Nurses and nurse assistants without a MINC
  • Optometrists
  • Physical, occupational, and respiratory therapists
  • Pharmacists
  • Veterinarians

How to verify your eligibility

Physicians and Nurses (with MINC)
Physicians and nurses with a MINC must verify their eligibility through our third party verification partner, ID.me.

Select “Get a Volvo PIN” and follow the prompts:
  • Sign in if you already have an ID.me account
  • Or create an account and complete verification
  • Once verified, return to this site and sign in to generate your Volvo PIN
All other eligible professionals
All other eligible professionals (active or retired) should work with their Volvo Retailer to obtain a Volvo PIN.

Your retailer will request proof of eligibility before issuing a PIN. Examples include a work badge, letter of employment, paystub, or T4.

What is a Volvo PIN?

A Volvo PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a unique code you’ll need for each transaction under the Volvo Affinity Program. If you’re eligible, you can generate your PIN, and it will be sent to you by email. Just bring that PIN to an authorized Volvo Car Retailer to redeem your Volvo Affinity bonus offer.

How do I get a Volvo PIN through the program?

Begin by clicking “Get a Volvo PIN.”

You’ll be redirected to our verification partner, ID.me:

  1. Sign in to your ID.me account (your “wallet”), or create one if you don’t have one.
  2. Verify your Medical Professional community status, if prompted.
  3. Consent to share your verified information with Volvo.

You must be verified by ID.me as a Medical Professional community member before you can create a Volvo PIN.

Once verified and your information is shared, you’ll be redirected to create your PIN. If the redirect doesn’t occur, simply return to this program site and click “Get a Volvo PIN” to continue.

How do I verify my Medical Professional community status with ID.me?

To verify your medical status, you’ll need to have an eligible job title and one of the following documents:

Documents to verify Medical Professional status:

  • Employment ID card
  • Medical license or certificate
  • Employment letter signed by an administrator, on official letterhead

ID.me verification process:

  • Most verifications are completed in under a minute.
  • If document upload is required, processing may take longer.
  • Uploaded documents are reviewed within 24–72 hours at a secure U.S.-based facility.

You will receive an email once your review is complete, including the result and any next steps.

What if I don't want to upload documents to ID.me?

At ID.me, one of their top priorities is the security of user information. The systems that process and store user information are protected by security controls such as encryption, access controls, intrusion detection, and many others that are continuously monitored for effectiveness by their dedicated security team.

If you still have concerns about uploading your documentation, please work with your Volvo Retailer to verify your program eligibility.
